I’m a Los Angeles based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW 106422) offering individual teletherapy in California. I utilize a psychodynamic, relational, and mindfulness based approach to assist clients in increasing awareness of their inner worlds with curiosity and compassion.

With a background as a dancer and performance artist, I am drawn to working with artists and performers, as well as anyone seeking to understand and shift patterns they may feel stuck in — creatively or otherwise. Ultimately, I hope to facilitate a greater sense of freedom, peace, and fulfillment.

I am skilled in working with clients navigating life and body transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, self image concerns, loss and grief, relationship challenges, and identity exploration, among other areas.

I prioritize a collaborative therapeutic space and seek to understand the psyche in relation to the larger environment within a multicultural, anti-oppressive framework. I welcome people of all cultural backgrounds, sexual, and gender orientations.

I've worked in a variety of community mental health and educational settings in both New York and Los Angeles. In addition to my private practice, I currently work as a therapist at UCLA and have expertise in working with college student populations. I also completed the two year Adult Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Training Program at the New Center for Psychoanalysis and am especially interested in psychoanalytic understandings of the body, art, and performance.
